came over last month for a cheeky weekend away sort of a lat minute booking shopped around price and flight times really determined the hotel, somewhere i had never my partner a few times to resort and recommended it. so off we went arrived with positiveness as reception advised that check in was 15:00 we had arrived at lunch room was done so got in early bonus and to our pleasure 3rd floor and beach view is amazing, breakfast was a buffet style so did not entertain that over that weekend we had major drain issue at times of day was at least horrid there solution was air freshener we had 3 tins of it it really put a damper on the holiday stay but we were out most of it it never got resolved either we would still stay there given the view especially and most of the services and surrounding it was a really nice stay again apart from the smell from bathroom. so as to the title the view possibly the best one from where ever we have stayed similar view from reception large front window and thats where another part of the holiday is important meeting lovely people Viv and dave from liverpool they also enjoyed the place so once they have these small problems eradicated the smell for bathroom, the basic breakfast and last but not important but consider a little updating as some places were looking tired

Spent a week here with 2 friends and it was good value for the price it cost. Beds were comfy enough and it was clean. The staff were nice and the bar is very reasonable. If you are not good with walking this is going to be a nightmare for you as it's about as high up as you can get in Albufiera.

Excellent hotel - I was pleasently surprised considering this is a very reasonably priced hotel. The staff couldn't be more helpful and they helped us organise taxis and a brilliant boat tour. We stayed in room 301 which had the most incredible view from the balcony. The room itself was clean and tidy. The cleaners did a fantastic job in cleaning our room every day and it always looked spotless. (If you need a hair dryer just ask at reception) Thanks for having us :)

TERRIBLE........ that’s being polite. As in my title if I could rate this hotel a naught I would. Group of us ladies came for my hen do in June for 4 nights. We are ladies in our 50’s so not party animals or noisy. We just wanted to have a fun time. Don’t get me wrong we did have a good time this being when we was away from the hotel. We was put in the basement even though I’d requested sea view. The rooms are dreary and dirty and electrics unsafe. The pool area was horrid the tiles loose and dangerous and broken glass around the pool and not cleared. This shouldn’t be sold as bed and breakfast as you can hardly call it that every morning they ran out of bread. The table cloths dirty. I’ve complained to my holiday company but apparently the hotel don’t care about my complaints which is disappointing for future visitors. All I’ll say is please read and don’t book..... my complaint is now going to ABTA....

The hotel is in a good location, about 15 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the old town centre. The parking was easy and free, there was a big area for the cars outside the hotel. It happened that we couldn’t find a place when we arrived back late in the evening but it was possible to leave the car in the nearby streets as well without any problem.
The room was big and we had a beautiful sea view from our balcony. I admit that the building is old and the rooms would need some maintenance, however everything was clean. They cleaned our room and changed our towels every day which was very good. The bed was comfy. We didn’t care anything about the small tv or the WiFi as I’ve read in other reviews. We only went to the hotel for sleep and for us everything was perfect.
The only thing I didn’t like is that the pool was open only until 8 pm. It would have been nice to be able to use it a little later in the evening.

Overall, I would highly recommend the place.
