Theres basic, then theres Carlota!!! Staff in pool bar are 2nd to none, food is fab. Herr Rosa in reception is a dragon, room is infested with tiny beast that are everywhere. Deffo wouldn't recommend!

stayed here 5th october to 12th, in room 502, had a warm welcoming from the man on reception ,great location, rooms was kept clean, fresh towels and bedding, just used it as a base , would definatley stay again for what we payed, thanks to all at carlota

I really must get the negatives out of the way. The same as last year, broken sun beds so buy or bring an air bed to lay on, no air con so bring your fans, you can leave the windows open if you can sleep through the sounds from the centre. And something that’s just our personal gripe, clientele whose everyday LOUD language includes the “F” word continuously, something beyond anyone’s control but annoying. Staff didn’t challenge them. But these things aside we will be back next year with fingers crossed for nicer neighbours. We love these apartments, nothing fancy, but large balconies, clean bedding, rooms cleaned regularly. Ok walk up and down to shops and restaurants, but taxis sometimes 3e, good food in cafe, friendly staff. Market in Mogán Friday Arguinigan Tuesdays. Better suited to older people, nothing for kids.

room was a good size, coffee machine a nice touch, but no kettle proved a nuisance for tea drinkers. lots of tiny beasties in the room, and it was only 'cleaned' once. this involved the staff making our beds back up without giving new sheets. no air con was a major issue for us, the room was like an oven all night. nicely placed with just a short walk down to the shopping centre. lots of stairs and hills involved, but a nice view so worth it. staff and lifeguard were friendly but the kids pool far too small.

Stayed for a week 26th September to the 3rd October. Room very clean and spacious clean towels every day. Staff at bar excellent and food scrumpy. Unfortunately on arriving home we discovered I'd left my husbands I pod. I phoned the carlota and was greeted by a male on receiption (dark haired man) as I'd met him a couple of days anyway when I asked if he spoke English was asked do I speak Spanish! Explained what the problem was and what room we were in " yes I have it here" great I thought, if I send money to cover the postage would you be so kind as to send it to me , no possible I would have to go back for it! At which point I thought good sales promotion until I realised he was being serious! I then re explained I was willing to send money for postage, no can do! So anyone reading this review there's an I pod going free at the carlota maybe not your taste of music but you can always change it . Had a brilliant week at the carlota and would have returned next year but this incident has spoilt our time at the carlota so no wont be back. Never did get a chance to ask him the name of the charm college he attended.
