My mum and have stayed here for the last two years and are coming back this September!

The hotel is a lovely statement building about a 10 minute walk away from the front, A very nice walk.

The staff and very friendly and helpful, we had booked a sea view room and we couldn’t really see the sea from the room and they had no problem changing it for us.

The pool had recently been done and was lovely. Lots of sun-beds and shades if you need it!

Will be coming back for many years to come!!

Stayed here in October 2018. We were the last guests before close for the winter. Beautifully clean. Very comfortable.Quite hilly for walking around. Marina 3 mins walk and gorgeous although pricey. Plenty of cheap regular buses so no need to walk if you don't want to. It was low season for us, so pool to ourselves. One thing we did not like were the expensive Cabana beds which were 20E per day. Ridiculous and should be half that or free. The hotel is not cheap so why they have to charge for cabana style beds (of which there are only 4 anyway) I do not know! Staff fabulous. Nothing for small kids which we didn't mind as we were an adult couple. Could be a problem in the high season.

Just back from a 1 week holiday stay at this hotel and I can certainly recommend it. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the 2 young ladies who also spoke very good English. Room was spacious and so was our large balcony. We stayed on the 1st floor and it was reasonably quiet. Portals Nous is an expensive place with a marina but the bus to Palma is just down the road and takes less than 30 minutes. The weather was a bit hit and miss during our stay so went into the city 4 times. Palma is a great place, so much happening there. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in on a budget.
I cannot fault the place, clean, great service from genuinely friendly staff and superb food.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough, really surprised me.

Recently renovated, stylish hotel. Clean and welcoming everywhere. Great pool area with sun loungers for everyone. New wellequipped gym. Breakfast exellent. The entire hotel had a quiet and confortable atmosphere. Staff was very service minded and friendly. This was our 3rd stay at the hotel, and we want to come back.
