We stayed for 2 night. Great parking and the food in The Junction was really good!!! Kids each free and the food was perfect so all in all a great time.
The rooms were spacious and clean and the staff were all lovely!

Great location with on site parking which is is always a bonus in London. The room I had wasn’t great and did smell a bit damp, but on the whole for a short stay it’s fine. Bar and restaurant are good enough if you stay in and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Very handy for central London, only 15 mins on the northern line to get here from Euston. With hindsight I probably wouldn't make the walk from underground to hotel but that was my mistake!
Very clean room, friendly service and tasty room service, and as mentioned, handy location. -

All staff encountered were very helpful, friendly, and professional. The mall is right across the road, as is a shopping complex. The hotel rooms are a little dated. I had last stayed at the hotel 15 years ago when it was pretty new.

this hotel is good located , at walking distance to the Brent Cross station. Our room was large and with all modern comfort. The multilanguage staff is friendly and helpful. The reach buffet breakfast was a good start in the morning. WE enjoyed our stay
